My work as a Trainer and Consultant for more than 20 years, specialising in Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management and Assertiveness training, led me to Hypnotherapy as an enhanced way of helping people to achieve their goals. Hypnotherapy allows me to incorporate the skills of Life Coaching, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) acquired and developed over my years in training. In addition to being qualified in Advanced and Clinical Hypnosis, I am a Certified Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and also a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator (HBCE).
